What’s Included?

3-Day Booking

Your wedding booking includes a day for prep, a day for your event and a third morning for event teardown. Our Property Manager will be on site, and you can bring in your own wedding staff and vendors.

160 PRIVATE ACRES

Enjoy rustic ranch meadows and woods, manicured lawns, grazing horses, and a picturesque lake. Your 100% exclusive private booking includes use of our entire 160 ranch for your wedding event.

Wedding Set-Up

Arosa Ranch accomodates up to 150 wedding guests. Your booking includes seating at 5 ft round tables or 8 ft rectangular, plus chairs, linens and napkins. Tables for catering are also included.

NATURE BACKDROPS

Choose from stunning ceremony sites on the lawn, at the lake, in the wildflowers, or in the forest. Our picturesque backdrops are as much fun to photograph as they are to explore and enjoy!

ONSITE ACCOMODATIONS

Your booking includes minimum 2 nights accommodation, with a glamping tent, 2 cabin suites, 2 lodge guest suites, 9 RV sites, 9 tent sites, and plenty of room for camping in the fields.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Enjoy private use of our Arosa Ranch amenities including the lake, pool, hottub and sauna. We have yard games, a playground, and a 20ft movie screen available for rent. Plus, plenty of onsite parking.

On-Site Accomodations

Your weekend wedding rental includes a 2-night stay for guests in:
1 glamping wall tent (with bed), 2 cabin suites, 2 lodge guest suites, 9 full-hook-up RV sites, 9 tent sites, and plenty or room for further dry camping.

Our campground has washrooms with showers, with extra washrooms in lodge. Custom stays of more than two nights are available for an extra charge.
